1. Conclusion of Contract & Eligibility to Purchase
The contract with Naturhotel Ortners Eschenhof is concluded upon full payment of the voucher.
Only persons aged 18 or older are entitled to purchase vouchers in the online voucher shop.
2. Types of Vouchers
Naturhotel Ortners Eschenhof offers the following vouchers:
- Value vouchers
- Service and/or accommodation vouchers (e.g. culinary experiences, breakfast, dinner, wellness and health services, packages)
3. Prices & Invoicing
- All prices are stated in euros.
- Vouchers represent a credit value; an invoice including VAT can only be issued in accordance with the Austrian VAT Act (UStG) upon actual provision of the service (redemption).
- Price adjustments remain reserved. (Validity period: 2 years)
- Deviations in illustrations as well as errors and changes are reserved.
Payment is processed directly via the incert.at voucher system using credit card or instant bank transfer.
- After payment, the voucher is automatically sent by email or, upon request, by post.
- For postal delivery, shipping and handling costs as stated during the ordering process will be charged (Austria: € 4.50, Europe: € 9.00).
- The hotel assumes no liability for delays or losses during postal delivery.
- Value vouchers are valid for 30 years from the date of issue (statutory regulation in Austria).
- Service vouchers (packages, treatments, arrangements) are valid for 2 years. If the purchased service is no longer offered, the voucher will be credited as a value voucher.
- The respective validity period is stated on the voucher.
- If a voucher is redeemed after its expiration date, a corresponding surcharge will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Redemption is subject to availability; early reservation is recommended.
- Each voucher is equipped with a forgery-proof code and can only be redeemed once.
- If the voucher value is not fully used, the remaining balance will remain on the voucher and can be redeemed at a later date.
- A voucher is only valid once the full amount has been paid.
In the event of loss or theft, a voucher can be blocked and replaced upon presentation of proof of purchase, provided it has not yet been redeemed. The hotel assumes no liability for unauthorized redemptions.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchase)
For vouchers purchased online, a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies, provided the voucher has not been redeemed.
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the data protection regulations of Naturhotel Ortners Eschenhof and incert.at.
The data is used exclusively for processing the voucher purchase.
10. Place of Jurisdiction & Contract Language
Austrian law applies.
